  • Account Information: When you create an account using Google Sign-In, we collect your name and email address to set up and manage your account.



  • Billing Information: When you subscribe to paid plans, our third-party payment processors collect payment details. We store transaction records and subscription status but do not store full payment card details.

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including feature usage, session duration, and response quality. This helps us improve our products and provide support.

Information Processed Through AI Features

When you use Drift's AI-powered features, your queries and relevant context (such as code snippets or simulation configurations) are transmitted to our servers for processing, but we process data solely to generate responses and do not store your data.

12. Additional Information for Enterprise Customers

If you use Drift through an enterprise agreement, your organization's agreement with us may include additional data processing terms. In such cases, those terms will govern our processing of your information to the extent they conflict with this Privacy Policy.
